Azure Restore Failed with "This request is not authorized to perform this Operation"

PROBLEM

An azure restore was attempted after configuring Azure Subscription, Storage Account, Virtual Network and subnet and Storage Blob container.

The restore completed with the InstantData log:

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Ensure that the user that is used to authenticate to Azure has all necessary privileges as described in this article.

2. Ensure that the storage account is setup with Public network access set to Enabled from all networks.
